• Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time varies depending on your location:

  • Main Cities: 2 to 5 business days.

  • Other Municipalities and Regions: 5 to 10 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

• FREE Shipping: For all purchases over $99,000 COP, shipping is on us.

• Standard Rate: For purchases under $99,000 COP, shipping will have a flat rate of $12,900 COP nationwide.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched and handed over to our partner carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number. With this number, you can track the status of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

• Deliveries are only made on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
