SECOND: PURPOSE
The purpose of this website is to provide information and market online cosmetic and personal care products for men and women, including but not limited to: body splashes, shampoos, male intimate wipes, and body creams.
THIRD: USER REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
To make purchases, the user may register by providing accurate and updated information. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for all activities that occur under their account.
FOURTH: PURCHASING PROCESS
Prices are displayed on the website and include applicable taxes in Colombia. Shipping costs will be calculated and informed to the user before finalizing the purchase. Once payment is made, the customer will receive a confirmation of their order via email.
FIFTH: SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Shipments are made throughout the Colombian territory through partner carriers. Estimated delivery time is between 2 to 5 business days for main cities and 5 to 10 business days for other municipalities, as detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delays caused by the carrier or force majeure are not the direct responsibility of 0202 SALON SAS.
SIXTH: RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Our policy is governed by Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute).
Right of Retraction: The customer may exercise this right within 5 business days following delivery, provided the product has not been opened or used and retains its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, returns of personal care products that have been opened or used are not accepted.
Warranty: In case of manufacturing defects, the customer may request an exchange or return by providing evidence (photos or videos).
SEVENTH: WARRANTY
All products carry a legal warranty for quality. The warranty for manufacturing defects is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
EIGHTH: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the website (brands, logos, images, texts, designs) is the exclusive property of 0202 SALON SAS and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
NINTH: PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By registering, the user authorizes 0202 SALON SAS to process their data in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012. The information will be used for commercial purposes, shipping products, invoicing, and related communications. The user may request the update or deletion of their data by writing to info@0202salon.com.co.
TENTH: APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any controversy will be resolved by the competent judges of the city of Bogotá D.C.
