Returns and Exchanges Policy

At 0202 SALON, your satisfaction is our priority. Below is our returns and exchanges policy, designed to be clear, fair, and in accordance with Colombian law.

There are two main scenarios for requesting an exchange or return:

1. Right of Retraction (If you changed your mind)

According to the Consumer Statute, you have the right to retract your purchase.

  • Deadline: You can exercise this right within 5 business days following the delivery of your order.

  • Conditions: For the retraction to be valid, the product must meet the following requirements:

    • It must not have been opened or used.

    • It must retain its original packaging in perfect condition, with all security seals intact.

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of personal care products that have been opened or altered will not be accepted.

  • Procedure: Notify us of your decision by sending an email to info@0202salon.com.co within the established timeframe. We will provide instructions for returning the product. The return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.

  • Refund: Once the product is received and verified, we will proceed with the refund of the money paid for the item.

2. Warranty for Quality or Manufacturing Defects

All our products are covered by a legal warranty for quality and safety.

  • Deadline: The warranty for manufacturing defects is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Conditions: The warranty applies to proven manufacturing defects, such as packaging issues (e.g., defective atomizer) or quality alterations that are not caused by misuse.

  • Procedure: If your product has a defect, contact us at info@0202salon.com.co within the warranty period. You must provide evidence of the defect through clear photos or videos.

  • Solution: After reviewing the case, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer you an exchange for a new product or a full refund. In this scenario, 0202 SALON SAS will cover all shipping costs.
